10 oz Plum Waxed Canvas

I’m generally happy with my Klum House orders.
I just received some spruce waxed canvas that looks black. Totally black. The only green you see is in the threads on the sides.
Very, very disappointed. Cannot return since it is cut fabric.

Great waxed canvas that is easy to sew. Perfect weight for bags and the colors are vibrant.

I love to make bags of all types and waxed canvas is my favorite choice. It is easy to manipulate but strong enough to give bags that feeling that you're holding a high quality bag. It even somewhat resembles a lightweight leather once incorporated into a bag.

I am very happy with how my big travel tote worked out! The field tan waxed canvas fabric looks and performs wonderfully for both the bottom section of the bag as well as the matching crossbody strap. It was easy to sew with this wax canvas, only finger-pressing as needed. The color matching with the other bag fabrics was easy.

The material was easier to work with than I expected. It was also a good value.

Klumhouse always has the greatest wax canvas and customer service. Delivery is always prompt and the packaging is consistently done with care. Always trustworthy.

This is my third purchase of the Spring Green Waxed Canvas fabric from KlumHouse. I really love to sew bags with this fabric. It’s the perfect weight for my bag making, easy to sew up, and with very nice results. I’d definitely recommend this canvas for any sewist interested in bag making.

This waxed canvas is super easy to sew with just a standard sewing machine. For seam lines, it folds better than any fabric I know of. And best of all, if I make a mistake and have to rip out a seam, the seam ripper just glides through it without tearing the canvas. I wish they had prints too instead of just solids.

Brush Brown pockets brightened up the Spruce exterior on this lined and zippered Portsmith. And the Chesnut leather and brass hardware tied it all together.

I added a miniature Fremont in Spruce to make it a gift set.

Wonderful color makes this mustard waxed canvas fabric an outstanding material for the Sandhill sling style bag. The fabric has a great feel to it, nice and pliable, yet sturdy. I’ve been using my bag exclusively ever since I made it about a year ago. I also really like to sew the straps out of this waxed canvas, they look so elegant, much better than using cotton webbing.

I very much like this Cobalt waxed canvas. It’s a repeat purchase. All of the bags I’ve made with this canvas have turned out beautifully. I also like the feel of the waxed canvas, pliable yet sturdy. I always receive great comments on the waxed canvas bags I make with this material.

This was my first purchase and I was so pleased! The package was lovely and quick. I was able to work easily with the waxed canvas using my regular machine. The matching thread and ability to also purchase new needles for leather made it simple to get started right away. I'll be buying again!

I really liked this one! The color is a true charcoal but can be confused for a dark blue too. Very easy to work with . Only wish it was slightly thicker .

I have purchased several of the colors and I love the ones that have a bit of weight to them -- hunter green, black, navy etc--- as oppose to those that are thinner and almost see thru -- brushed brown, berry, yellow etc --- Due to the difference in weight I have stopped using waxed canvas all together but happy for those who use and love it. Its really easy to sew with and I love the overall look Klum House is able to achieve but I prefer a slightly weightier finished product.

Waxed canvas is the best for bag making! I’ve made many bags with Klumhouse’s waxed canvas and all their colors are great!

Great looking sturdy canvas. It was fun to work with and the bag looks sophisticated in this material. The bag exterior doesn’t require interfacing, and no ironing either; the seams were simply finger pressed. For my bag making, I get all of my waxed canvas material from Klumhouse.
