A magnetic snap consists of four pieces: a protruding side, a receiving side, and two metal washers. These magnetic snaps come in two sizes, 14 mm and 18 mm, and are low profile, so they don’t feel bulky on your bag. All you need to install a magnetic snap is something hard, like a metal ruler or bone folder, to bend the metal tabs.
