How do I join?

If you already have an account on our website, you’re already in! Otherwise, sign up by clicking the "Join Now" button on this page. You'll be prompted to enter your email and password in the rewards box that pops-up. Once your account is created, sign in to check your points balance and redeem rewards. From now on, make sure you're signed into your account when you shop to collect points for your purchases. Note that only one reward/discount can be applied at a time. Discounts are applied at checkout.

How do I start earning points?

Super simple. You'll get 1 point for every dollar you spend. You can earn points by taking different actions, such as following us on social media, leaving a review for a product you purchased, and telling your friends about Klum House. If you let us know your birthday, you'll get a special birthday bonus! Scroll up for the full list.

How do I know how many points I have?

You can see your points balance in the rewards pop-up once you’ve signed in.

What do I need to do to use my points?

To use your points, first make sure you're logged into your account. Then you'll be able to cash in your points for rewards. Once you've chosen a reward, you'll unlock a discount code that can be applied at checkout.

Why did my points decrease?

There are a couple reasons this might have happened. You, or someone you referred, may have cancelled or returned a purchase, or your points may have expired if they haven't been used within six months. Also note that once you have chosen and "paid" for a reward with your points, these points will be deducted from your total balance. In this case your points have not decreased, they've just been converted into a reward that you can now apply at checkout!

What happens if I use a reward but have to return that purchase. Do I get my points back?

Sorry, once your points have been used, they cannot be reissued.

How does it work when I refer a friend?

When you create a Klum Club account and sign in, you’ll find a unique referral link to share with friends. Any time a customer uses your link to make a purchase, they’ll get 10% off their order and you'll get 100 points added to your account.

You can send your link directly to friends you think might like our shop, but you can also share your referral link on social media or on your own blog or website. Just make sure to disclose to your followers that you’ll get a reward when they use your link to make a purchase. (It’s always nice to be transparent, but it’s also a legal requirement in some countries.)  

How many rewards can I use at a time?

Even if you have multiple rewards available in your account, you can only use one reward per transaction. Rewards are applied as discount codes, and it’s not possible to use more than one discount code per order.

I left a product review. Where are my points?

You'll only receive points for leaving a product review when you follow the link in the email you receive after purchasing that item. If you leave a review without following the email link, this action won't quality for points.

Why is my reward not showing up in my cart?

Discounts won't show up in your shopping cart, but they will be there when you reach the checkout page. If your reward isn't showing up at checkout, make sure you have either clicked "Apply Reward" or copied and pasted the reward code into the discount code field at checkout.
